We had an amazing stay at Barney’s New York Residence in Tulum. The house was absolutely beautiful—spacious, well-designed, and full of charm. Every detail made the place feel special and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The outdoor spaces were just as impressive, ideal for both lounging and entertaining. The host was extremely responsive and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Any questions or needs we had were quickly addressed, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a stylish, comfortable, and worry-free stay in Tulum!

Can't say enough about this listing. Everything that you see in the pictures, is what you see when you arrive. Everything that they list in the concierge service, is what you have access to. This is one of the first listings that I have been to where I feel like they fulfilled everything that a guest can ask for. From the moment we booked the listing to the moment we landed in Tulum and throughout the duration of the trip, the communication was top tier. Upon arrival we were met by Sabina who is the manager at the location, and she made sure that we were properly settled in. They gave us food recommendations (which all were great), local activities to do, and have access to chefs, yachts rentals, and can help with getting reservations at the best spots in Tulum. The property is located inside of a gated community and me and my party felt more than safe the entire duration of our stay. I can't thank Barneys enough for the experience that they gave us and I will definitely return soon

Very few airbnbs meet my standards but this one surpass them. I will come every year to Tulum and stay here overs and over. It’s beautiful, the staff is so helpful and they have cleaning service everyday. Thank you for making my 30th one for the books!
